3. What other players and this website can see

As in the classic space strategy games, part of your game is public inside the game: your commander name, your alliance, your points and rank, the names and coordinates of your planets and moons, the attacks you launch and receive (who, whom, where and the outcome, in numbers), the colonies you found and what your expeditions bring back. This website shows the same to anyone, taken from a public copy of the server that never contains accounts, IP addresses, private reports or the location of pirate bases.

If you delete your account, your name disappears from the chronicle: your battles remain as "retired commander".

4. Advertising and consent

5. In-app purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We receive the purchase confirmation to deliver the content and keep it linked to your guest account so that it can be verified and restored. The game's premium currency never gives direct power in the online universe.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

7. Where the data is stored and who can see it

The online universe runs on our own servers, located in the European Union, behind the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc.), which encrypts the connection and hides the server's address; Cloudflare sees the IP address of every connection in order to provide that service. The server's backups are sent encrypted to Google Drive (Google LLC). This website is served from Cloudflare Pages. Nobody else has access to the data; we neither sell nor share it.

8. Retention and deletion

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to . Since we do not know who you are, we will ask for the data that identifies your account in the game (your commander name and, if you have it, your recovery code). You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD: www.aepd.es).

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with its date. Important changes will also be announced inside the game.
